This video was recorded during my visit to Japan in 2008. Tsumago is an authentic samurai town that has remained virtually unchanged since the Edo period (1603 to 1868). You can just imagine the samurai warriors strolling along its streets. The town is located along the ancient Nakasendo trail, which I walked part of during my visit.
